We are creating an environment for our
U.S.-born Ethiopian
children that promotes knowledge and elevates awareness of Ethiopian language, tradition, religion and culture. By providing our children with these basic elements, we hope to maintain and build their cultural identities and encourage them to pass the Ethiopian legacy on for generations to come.
In Amharic , the Ethiopian language, Kidmia means “priority.” It is also an acronym for “Kids are the most important asset.” Kidmia is not only our name — it is a summation of our philosophy.
